Simply maple nuts. Noix caramélisées à l’érable

These are THE most simple and delicious snacks, ever. And all you need is:

  • Nuts of your preference (here I used pecans, cashews and almonds)
  • Maple syrup

Grill the nuts in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, take them out— place them in a frying pan on low heat and add 2 spoonfuls of maple syrup. Rock the pan around until the syrup starts to turn slightly white, coating the nuts.

Et voilà! Honestly, I cannot stop snacking on these…!
